Welcome to Majestic Horses Tapah. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, facilities, and any bookings or visits made with us. By accessing our website or booking any service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Please read this document carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly refrain from using our services.

Bookings and reservations

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued by our team. Walk-in visits are welcome but cannot be guaranteed without prior reservation.

• Booking confirmation — sent via email within minutes of payment.
• Group bookings — for groups of ten or more, please contact us directly for tailored pricing.
• Special requests — accommodated where possible but not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Payment and pricing

All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payment by credit card, debit card, online banking and other methods displayed at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings are honoured at the original rate.

Cancellations and refunds

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both guests and operations:

• More than 48 hours before — full refund, no questions asked.
• Within 48 hours of booking — fifty percent refund.
• No-show or same-day cancellation — non-refundable.
• Cancellations by us — in cases of weather, safety or operational reasons, you receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

Safety and conduct

Horse riding involves inherent risks. By participating in our activities, you acknowledge and accept these risks. To ensure your safety and the wellbeing of our horses, all guests must:

• Follow the instructions of our trainers and staff at all times.
• Wear the safety equipment provided, including helmets and vests where required.
• Disclose any medical conditions, allergies or pregnancy before riding.
• Refrain from approaching, feeding or disturbing horses without supervision.
• Conduct themselves respectfully toward staff, animals and other guests.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who behaves in a manner that compromises safety, animal welfare, or the experience of other guests, without refund.

Liability and insurance

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Majestic Horses Tapah cannot be held liable for personal injury, loss or damage arising from negligence, failure to follow instructions, or activities outside our control. We strongly recommend that all guests have personal travel and medical insurance.

Age and supervision

Children under twelve must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the visit. Riders aged eight to seventeen require parental consent for riding activities. We may decline to provide services to minors without proper authorisation.

Photography and media

Photographs and videos taken during your visit may be used by Majestic Horses Tapah for marketing, promotional or social media purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform us in advance and we will respect your preference.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and code — is the property of Majestic Horses Tapah or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without prior written consent.

Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of our services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, strikes or pandemics. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or refund where appropriate.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Perak.
